Around the Rings – 2026 APHA Zone 7 NE Connection Show

August 1-2, 2026, marked the dates of the 2026 APHA Zone 7 Northeast Connection Show at The Gloucester County Dream Park in Logan Twp, NJ. The show offered a full slate of APHA and All Breed classes over two days, as well as high points in every division, and circuit awards in every class.
Judges were Pam Scott, Jill Paxton, Lori Gordon, Teresa Pelton, Daren Wright, and Gayle Lampinen.
“Overall we had 672 entries compared to 496 last year,” says APHA Zone 7 Northeast Connection Treasurer Lindsay “This does include all bred entries along with the APHA entries – either way we are thrilled with the increase.”

“We received a lot of compliments on our awards and I would say the Mr. Softee’s Ice Cream Truck was the biggest hit with exhibitors and the judges. Besides circuit awards in every APHA class, all breed jackpot classes, we also give away 12 buckles to high point halter horses, yearling/two-year-old challenge winners, and the green class winners,” explains Bixler.
