AQHA Cloning Lawsuit Update- June 20th

Preliminary indication from the U.S. Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals is that oral arguments will be the week of September 1 (excluding Labor Day). In the near future, the American Quarter Horse Association anticipates receiving notice from the Fifth Circuit regarding the specific day during the week of September 1 oral arguments will take place.
