The Equine Chronicle requires payment for all advertisements, regardless of type or size.
We will not be responsible for any mistakes in ad copy that is not typed. Flashes or any information taken by telephone will not be guaranteed.
All advertising is non-refundable
All prices are subject to change
No ad may be canceled after you have reserved page(s), submitted or the printed deadline.
Ads designed by the Chronicle/Endeavor that are sent to any other address will be charged an additional $200.00 per page.
The Equine Chronicle will not release or send logos and/or photos to anyone including graphic artist. You will need to contact the copyright holding photographer to do so.
The publisher cannot be responsible for copy, picture or layout quality of ads employing advertising agent submitted
The publisher reserves the right to edit all copy.
All advertising is non refundable. Inadvertent omission or wrong page numbers from the ad index will in no way affect an advertiser’s responsibility to pay for an ad.
Payment must be made in United States funds only.
Only one check and/or credit card per page, if page is split it will be charged at the half page rate.
Advertisers wishing to have ads together must be received together.
