While most people paw through odds and ends at a yard sale hoping to find a steal of a deal on clothes, home goods or furniture, Gillian Davis looked beyond the driveway to find her future show horse. There, looking picturesque in the pasture just beyond tables of rummage bargains, was Virtually Adorable, a 2008 sorrel solid mare who, at age 10, was virtually untouched and unbroken.

Traveling from Québec, Canada was intimidating for Bibianna, but she will never forget how relaxed she was going into showmanship. Everyone is working hard here, everyone is putting in the saddle time, they’re working out, they’re running in the dirt and I have so much respect for that. I want to be part of it. I can be a warrior among warriors. And these folks are our warriors, and they’re really good at what they do.”
