Continue reading …1. If a racing jurisdiction reports a Positive Test for a horse, such horse and record trainer as of the violation date in question (“Offending Trainer”):
(a) shall be ineligible to be considered for AQHA awards associated with the calendar year in which the Positive Test occurred; this will include pending appeals of violations; and
(b) shall, unless waived by AQHA, be ineligible to be included in AQHA media (online and publications) during the calendar year in which the Positive Test occurred; this will include pending appeals of violations.
Arkansas Quarter Horse Association’s 2018 Circle G Classic was a cold one, but the competition was hot! The show had six judges and started in Tunica, Mississippi on Friday, April 6th and ran until Sunday, April 8th.
Continue reading …For performance classes, an exhibitor who has placed in the Top 10 in a performance class at an APHA World Championship Show within the last 10 years (2009-2018) or won a Paint Horse Championship performance class the previous year is not eligible to compete in any Paint Horse Championship performance class in any division.
Continue reading …Exhibitors at the AQHA Central Level 1 Championships saddled up their American Quarter Horses on April 10 for the opening day of competition at State Fair Park in Oklahoma City. The show kicked off at 10 a.m. with B&W Trailer Hitches Rookie youth ranch riding in the Jim Norick Arena and Level 1 youth working hunter in the Performance Arena.
