New for 2015- The Congress Western Pleasure and Hunter Under Saddle Futurity and Stakes classes will now be open to the following breeds/registries: AQHA, APHA, ApHC, ABRA, IBHA, PHBA and Jockey Club. There have also been changes to the Congress Master’s Program.
