2013 Athens Summer Jubilee Begins Today, Five AQHA Shows Over Next Few Days

The 2013 Athens Summer Jubilee Quarter Horse Show begins today in Athens, TX and will continue through the 21st at the Henderson County Fair Park Complex. The Jubilee will offer five complete AQHA shows and plenty of added money classes including those listed below.

  • $2,000 added-Open Heeling/Heading
  • $1,000 Open 3 and 4-Year-Old Western Pleasure
  • $500 3-5-Year-Old Non Pro Western Pleasure

New at the show this year are ranch horse pleasure and boxing classes. Judges for the show are John Boxell, Liz Baker, and Scott Neuman.

Make sure you’re at the show tomorrow for the Thursday evening Exhibitors Party at Eddy’s. There will be a free dinner, live band, and a cash bar!
