NSBA has recently announced that as of May 1, 2010, judges may only judge ONE Category I show per year.

A NSBA Category I event is any NSBA event that offers $10,000 or more in guaranteed added money. Judges with Category I status are recommended for such events.

These shows are required to collect a $7.50 per horse entered/per show drug testing fee. If the show is also offering Dual Approved classes, the drug fee is not required for the Dual Approved entries.
