2010 Fort Worth Stock Show

Starting Jan.15 through Feb.7, the Will Rodgers Coliseum in Fort Worth, Texas will be a buzz of activity as the 2010 Fort Worth Stock Show and Rodeo comes to town.

This year’s show is set to be bigger than ever, combining a full slate of AMHA, AQHA, APHA, Donkey & Mule, NCHA, NRCHA, NRHA, PHBA and POA Shows. Along with the traditional livestock competition and rodeo events, the show will also feature a Gypsy Horse Registry of America Exhibition, Mustang Magic, a competition of top Mustang Trainers from around the nation, and a Varsity Equestrian Competition between TCU and Texas A&M University.

Special events include the AQHA Best of the Remuda Horse Sale, Chris Cox Horsemanship Clinic, “Bulls’ Night Out” – PRCA Extreme Bull Riding and a full schedule of entertainment at the brand new WinStar Rodeo Roadhouse. Also, don’t forget to stop by the Carnival Midway for six acres of amusement park rides and the Commercial Exhibit hall to do a little shopping.

According to the show’s website, they are expecting 925,000 visitors and exhibitors to attend the event. “Ranchers, farmers and the general public will gather from throughout the U.S. and more than 50 foreign countries to view in excess of 22,000 head of livestock that will be on exhibit over the 24 days.”
