On Monday evening, the Centre County Grange Fairgrounds celebrated the opening of the new Indoor Equine Arena by a ceremonial Ribbon Cutting. In attendance were PA Representative Kerry Benninghoff, Senator Jake Corman, Grange Manager Darlene Confer, Grange Fair President Joe Hartle, PQHA president Rita McMullen, along with other influential Grange and community leaders.

Grange Manager, Confer, as well as the rest of the Grange Fair committee are thrilled to have the new facility up and running! Confer stated that “the new facility will be a positive influence for Centre County, combining agriculture and tourism, the number one and number two industries in Pennsylvania.”
State Senator, Jake Corman, referred to the new facility as “an investment in the future of Pennsylvania.”
PQHA president, Rita McMullen stated that “PQHA is proud to have a partnership with Centre County Grange that has existed for over 20 years and is excited for the addition of this wonderful facility.”
PQHA Board Members, Shelly Weaver & Carla Weaver were also in attendance to help present Centre County Grange with a permanent Welcome sign to the Equine Facility.
