• We will announce the winners after August 23rd.

Submitting:

• You can submit by emailing your images to info@equinechronicle.com

Photo Guidelines:

• You can upload a maximum of five (5) images
• 8×10 300 dpi and must be a .jpg
• Only photograph real, honest-to-goodness Equine Chronicle Fashion
• Do not artificially manipulate/photoshop photo.

Agreement to Official Rules:
Participation in this Contest constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s and Administrator’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to this Contest. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

Release:
By submitting any contribution to the Equine Chronicle, sites, email, facebook including without limitation text, photos, graphics or video (Content), you agree to grant the Equine Chronicle a worldwide, irrevocable, sub-licensable, non-exclusive license, royalty free, worldwide license to use, publicly display, distribute, sublicense, modify and otherwise fully exploit any Multimedia file to your Content as the Equine Chronicle sees fit, including without limitation, modifying it or adapting it. Without limiting the foregoing, you grant the Equine Chronicle the right to publish, broadcast, display or distribute your Content by any means and in any media. You expressly waive, to the fullest extent permitted by law, any moral rights you have in respect of the Content and agree that no rights of attribution shall be enforced by you. You grant these rights free of charge. Content will be publicly available to others.

General Conditions:

Any improper use of language will be cause for automatic disqualification. All photos must be in focus and of good quality (brightness and contrast) to be useable and must meet minimal print requirements of 300 DPI at a size of 8″ x 10. Acceptable entries must be in color, and/or black and white. Photos that contain inappropriate content as determined by The Equine Chronicle will be disqualified. Only amateur photographers can enter. You cannot enter more than 5 photos throughout the duration of the contest. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Contest, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Contest, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, or for any other reason. If terminated Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, determine the winners from among all non-suspect, eligible Submissions received up to time of such action using the judging procedure outlined above. Sponsor, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the Submission process or the operation of the Contest or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or any other promotion or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner and void all associated Submissions. Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Contest may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages and other remedies (including attorneys’ fees) from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
